LED Reverse Lights?

Hi All,
I just finished upgrading my front lights with HID and LED. I had an extra LED bulb so I tried placing it in the reverse light housing. It lit up bright crisp white but since the led bulb was much much smaller than the orginal reverse light it did not provide enough light. I did a little searching and couldnt find this but has anyone switch their reverse lights to LED?

I am assuming it would look good and work better if I could find some LEDs which were a little larger to match the orginal reverse bulb. Any ideas on what fits?

As always, Thanks for the help.

I don't believe there is an LED bulb that has sufficient lumen output and correct bayonet fitment to use in your application.

blergh, horrible size, best i've seen is the 9 LED SMT which is longer , but they're not going to be that bright.

or these, but they are high intensity High Intensity BA9S LED

I purchased a couple of 5watt high intensity white BAY9S LED's off eBay last fall (Just search for white LEDs and BAY9S). They're about 95% the brightness of the stock bulbs and fit perfectly:
