Need a new battery

I went to the AutoZone and had them charge my stock battery, which is 11 months old and completely drained. After 1 hour and a couple of tries, the result on their machine came back as "good" but "incomplete / low charge". The technician there said that there may be some fuel cells damaged, and that I may need a new battery. I haven't put it back in the car yet, but even if it starts fine, I'm worried that it won't last very long. Do I need to get another battery, and if so, which one should I order?

If you're not worried about weight, then get an Optima Red Top 35. If you want a lighter battery, then Hawker, Odyssey, and Braille have ligher weight batteries. All of the batteries above are gel type instead of wet like the stock battery. Going to a gel battery from the wet one will eliminate any potential leaking issues associated with wet batteries.

Sector111.com has a bracket that works with two high-performance, light weight batteries, if you're interested.

I'm very happy with the Braille, from Sector 111. Won't leak, lighter, much smaller, cool aluminum bracket, plenty of cranking power and a nice overall solution.

I ordered one of these today. I'm anxious to see how it works out. Seems to be a popular choice here.

Odyssey PC625

I'd go with a Odyssey PC680. It has a little more reserve then the 625. The only time I could not start was after playing with the headlight adjustments.
I've had it for about 6 month

I love my pc625 but you can save a few pounds, not leak acid, and keep stock capacity with the pc925.
