Heck, in my city you don't really need any headlights to see! They're on mostly so everyone else can see you coming.

Correct, unless if you wire it yourself and have the Driving lights go on independently.

in NY ya... but here in texas, everything is spread out incld street lamps. and there r also lots of area with no lights...

dont wanna be running over potholes and road conditions r not the best in lots of places. would be bad to see them just b4 u go right over them.

anyway, i think i have my questions and doubts answered.
will be going HIDs instead of the factory driving lights. (just need to find time to do them)
