the pc625 is bigger than the pc680.it has less cranking amps and more storage.the bracket would not fit.

Will it fit the metal jacketed PC680?

i think the metal jacket will fit.its only an 1/8 wider and a 1/16 taller.i built in some room for weather stripping on the inside of the bracket.so i think this battery would fit without the weather stripping.try pming thomas to check the inside dimension for you.

Thanks, not really bigger, just different.

Wider in width, shorter in length... I had asked if he's going to produce for this battery.

We also sell the PC680 battery for $120. If you order both the battery and the bracket at the same time, we can combine shipping. ($25 combined, for most U.S. locations.)

Slight snag... my battery truck won't be here until Tuesday. Sorry for the delay, I always get FRESH batteries (not like the old stuff you get on eBay) right off the truck. Originally they were to be here yesterday, but there was a snag.

Anyone who wants the bracket / battery combo who orders by Monday will ship Tuesday/Wednesday.

Thanks for understanding... your patience will be rewarded with the freshest battery.

You can buy it here for about $22. Battery Switches

Del City also has the lug that you will need to connect to the Odyssey battery. (Your stock battery has round posts, the Odyssey does not.) I can post part #'s later if you need them.
How about putting together a couple of SKUs:
battery bracket only
bracket + battery+ cable ends
battery only+ cable ends
bracket + switch + cable ends + short return cable
battery+bracket+switch+ cable ends+ short return cable - The Works Kit! (This is what I'd buy)

Make it easy and one stop shopping for us. Thanks

Great idea!

Note: just to install the BATTERY without the cutoff switch, you probably need only remove the post-adapters from your positive and negative battery cables. Lotus has configured the Elise / Exige different ways, to check to see if your post adapters are bolted to your positive and negative cables. If so, it's easy. You may need to drill the lug holes a tad larger, or they may fit as-is depending on what Lotus used that day.

Here is the parts list for adding the cutoff switch:

DelCity
5413 Cutoff Switch ($21.90)
412605 12" Lead Battery Cable ($2.27)
917655 Copper Compression Lug ($1.38)
900905 Battery Terminal Solder Slug, 4 Ga ($0.XX)

**EDIT** You may not need all of those part #'s, look at your OEM setup. I updated the 12" lead part number. **EDIT**

Watch the soldering video on the DelCity website to see how the solder slug works. It's pretty cool.

With shipping and everything I can add this kit for $33.00 or save a few bucks and source the stuff yourself. They give me no price break on quantity orders

What solder slug do you use to connect the copper lug to the wire? I don't see any slugs for use with 6 ga wire.

I didn't see a solder slug for that application either, so I just used solder and heated the lug until the solder drew into the wire & lug. Worked quite well. The solder lug looks like fun, I'll bet if you called DelCity they could tell you for sure.

Thanks for being patient everyone... demand has been through the roof, finally caught up with the orders and they will be shipping today (Thursday).

For those who ordered w/ the battery, they will ship Tuesday/Wednesday. There was a delay with the truck... we only sell fresh batteries.

An update on shipping: $16 for most locations in lower 48 (bracket only) or $25 for battery plus battery bracket.
