A tic tac problem!! - LotusTalk

Hello !! I have an electrical problem with my Elise... I think it's related with alarm system.

I don't know what is this tic tac sound from this part... part that I don't know what is it...

Can you help me ?

The ticking sounds louder at the end of the clip when you're in the trunk area. What is that rectangle with 2 red strips on it? Kind of sounds like the ECU when it makes noise. Sounds like your indicator or hazards are on.
