Bad recption! Better antennae?

OK, so it was not until a few days after I got my Elise that I realized there is no exterior radio antennae. That was about the same time that I realized that the FM reception sucks.

So where is the antennae? Any recommendations for improving reception?

The antenna runs down the "spine" in between the radiator outlets and makes a T and runs left and right just in front of the outlets.
