Blau MP54 clock and volume questions

Is there anyway to make the clock display when you are in AUX mode? I wanna know the time while I listen to my MP3 player!!

Also, I have my MP3 player connected by cable and it works fairly well, but the volume level is substantially reduced compared to the tuner volume. The MP3 player volume is up most of the way. Is there anyway to get into a volume setting for AUX mode?

Any help would be awesome.

I know this is no help but, many people will tell you to just turn the radio off. If you want something to listen to then just buy a different radio. Just about anything is better than what came from the factory.

I use an Iphone now with an aux in cable I made. I don't thinks the stereo can display anything but AUX in aux mode as I've tried it myself. The low volume during AUX might be helped by a little line out amp Iv'e seen at best buy in the headset area but it also depends on the cables.
P.S. where do you store the mp3 player while driving?

Unfortunately, there is no way to get the clock to display in Aux mode.

Cool, I'll have to check out the little amp thing for my car. I just bought my Elise a month ago, and the previous owner put a 5 channel amp and a sub in. Since I don't know much about audio electronics, I'm gonna have to find it and see how its wired up. So far I haven't found a great place to put my MP3 player, I usually just leave it on the passenger seat, or the glove box (glove shelf?)

Sux about the lack of clock in AUX mode.
