Chasecam Help!

So I have the sm30 mounted to my rear window but it sets way too high.

What additional adaptors do I need to get to have the camera be in the proper space?

Any Suggestions?

Thanks

You should read Randy's answer to your last thread on this subject.

I did but I dont think its going to be enough to bring it down low enough. I reposted because I put the other one in the "other" section and it doesn't come up on the main page.

How about a 3" extension or two 3" extensions, etc

Take a look at these options: Camera Mount Accessories | ChaseCam

I use an SM30 on my back window mounted sideways. Just turn the camera in the CC10 cradle so that the top arrow on the camera is pointed up.

Jacob, I don't believe he's using a chasecam bullet camera. I think he's using a point and shoot w/ video.

I think your options are extensions/knuckles, removing your rear view mirror or mount the camera on the windscreen instead of the rear window .

EDIT: just thought of the most attractive option, by far.... get a SweetDaddyD cup holder to hold your camera .

NO! SweetDaddyD cup holder! I'm telling you it is definitely the most attractive option.

j/k. I really think that the extension/universal will work. Why don't you hold your camera where you want it and measure how far away the mount is so you can see if/how much extension you need?

Yeah I think what I just ordered will be just fine. Extending down from the window. And then staight back up so the cam can be mounted level. This should put it in the position where I wanted it .

Ohhhh I finally get it !!!lmao...yeah that was going to be my next option but those cup holders are either too expensive or extremely psycho!!!!
