Any car stereo stores that have Lotus experience in L.A.?

There's Al & Ed's at La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd.

But where else?????

Stay away from Al & Ed's and generic shops.

Honestly, if you have a bit of time, you can install that thing by yourself. It's REALLY easy especially since the Lotus's stock unit comes out so easily.
