Cheyenne, WY - still 1,000 miles from home.

Nothing like getting up prior to six in the morning to find this. The temperature was 33, so everything was slushy. I made it down the empty interstate at a cautious speed until things cleared up.

First snow????

It must be a mild winter so far. It usually snowed the first week of September when we lived in Cheyenne. Usually it would warm back up in early October, then snow a lot the week of Halloween (the kids always had to trick or treat in down parkas...

It has been mild thus far. Finally starting to get into the lower 30s consistantly.
