President's Day RoadTrip (L.A./Ventura So. Cal) - LotusTalk

RESCHEDULED!!!! FOR SATURDAY Feb 16th!!

A GREAT Breakfast and a 2 hour morning drive on your Favorite Lotus Roads! You have the rest of the day free to go back to your chores (mowing the lawn, watching the TV, changing diapers, whatever.....

)

Those of you who are more daring, the entire Santa Monica Mountains can be your playground AFTER the drive.

I know the roads, including ones most of you don't know! Please join Terry and I for a President's Day RoadTrip!

DATE: Saturday, February 16th
TIME: 8:30 AM for breakfast
10:00 AM for drive...
BREAKFAST: at TERRI'S CAFE, 30135 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills
DRIVE: Starting Point is at Chuy's/Islands Parking Lot, S.W. corner of Kanan Road and Agoura Road.
WHA'S HAPPENIN'?: A nice 2 hour drive on the BEST Lotus Roads in the Santa Monica Mountains. This will include awesome views of mountain and coastal vistas, AND Rock Store AND LA TUNA CANYON!!! WOW!

This "drive" will be "PASSENGER FRIENDLY" and, although there will be some spirited driving, THIS is the one to take your spouse, girlfriend (or boyfriend....whatever floats yer boat). We're here to enjoy the day and enjoy the Lotus enthusiasm!

I would be in, IF I had that day off, I did not think many companies gave people that day off, just banks and post office/schools ? I could do Sat or Sun no problem..........

I will be in LA area on that day, exact location is Lotus of Beverly Hills. My car is going there for an appointment.

I wouldn't mind being the passenger of anyone car if I get picked up...

don't know if I will be up for it. I'm going to san diego on sunday for the stig drive. After 400 miles, I don't think I want to go out for another drive the next day.

I have my HT off the car now. Sunday for stigs party will be 76 here. I am putting my HT ON tomorrow.

Hal I would love to go, but have to be in Arizona for the week-end, for hockey tournment. Now if someone could just loan me their car while I am there, I would not have to hang around the hotel and listen to all these hockey parents.

As a suggustion, rather than try to pile too Lotus activity into 1 week-end with Stig's party, why not schedule the drive for the following week-end. The suggestion is somewhat self serving, but it sounds like a lot of others will be out of town this week-end.
