You wouldn't.

In that the switch was installed shortly after I was having dead battery issues (due to fused/melted wiring in the original battery location, since replaced), I can only assume Bill thought this would allow me a way to avoid battery drain or any sort. I'll double check with him this weekend.

Where are the pictures of the road trip? Chasecam.com has broken links, and "to be written" everywhere.

quality work, hilly, but
why relocate the battery when it would be much simpler to just run alternate terminals to a more accessible spot? seems that would be cleaner and easier.

Finally put up some sampler video of Tail of the Dragon. Note, I was not trying to push the car too much, I kept asking the Elise guys to set the pace. I wanted to explore the car safely and there was too much traffic to go very fast for very long. We all did small spurts and got caught behind traffic. You can hear/see in the video that it was quite easy to break the tires loose and create oversteer. I was learning to modulate the throttle on corner exit.

Wow, your car pulls hard when you accelerate in 1st or 2nd gears.

You need a louder blow off valve though j/k

It pulls that hard in higher gears too.... but it scares me more. So I don't press the gas down as much.

Yes, it is LOUD.

500 pounds of torque.

Yep. I had to watch my throttle input. Even with the wider and sticker 315 series Hoosiers, you can break them pretty easy. The tuner Troy said they were breaking the tires loose under full throttle at 125mph.

So, that's telling that Noble is not as balance car as Elise is, right?

Not the case. It is all because of 500 pounds of torque compared to less than 140 pounds on the Elise.

Are you able to make U-Turns in one turn, or do they end up being 3-point turns?

Randy are you running Yoko Ao48s on your car at the dragon? How did they hold up? We burnt down our Pirrelli P-0s in 4 days during the Hethel trip with only 1700 total miles on the cars. I really don't feel like we were pushing the Nobles that hard through the week (but maybe so). The rubber doesnt seem to be all it should have been.

A048s indeed. Seem to hold up, grip okay in the beginning of the trip. Towards the end, I felt like I had lost some grip due to the typical A048 heat cycling death. But once I got back to San Diego, they felt okay again so not so sure. That is alone almost 4000 miles and they look fine.
