Lightbulb how to adjust the brake light switch

Ok,

So, I was not happy with my brake lights. I played with bending the bracket, however the bracket was not going to move the 5+mm I needed.

I took the switch apart, and as per sugested in another thread, the switch is adjustable in 1mm steps.

I took a screw driver (flat) and placed it betweek the pedal and switch. Then I gently put some pressure on the switch after it was bottemed out using the brake pedal as a prying point, the switch clicked one time per 1mm step, the probe is moving inward at 1mm increments, it is being adjusted for less padal travel per inward click. I did this process one mm at a time until i got to the perfect setting, 5mm was needed to get it perfect. Now any pressure on the brake pedal results in brake lights. Also note, if needed or you go to far with the adjustments, just remove the switch by twisting 1/2 turn, then pull the white probe out until it clicks out,. then reinstall and re adjust using your flat head screw driver.

See the attached picture. I wish I could do a better job of explaining the process, maybe someone else who is able to complete this adjustment can do a better job describing the process.
