Know the place well
My son and I stopped in there on our trip to Japan this past April.
Great showroom, amazing cars and really nice people. They let us look at everything, took a few pictures of us by the cars, talked prices, car histories, etc. Funniest thing was when one of the owners asked me where I was from. I say "Ohio". He says "Do you know Stoddard Auto?" I answer "Sure, they're 10 minutes from my house!" He and I are dumbfounded. Turns out he buys his Porsche parts from them. He even ran to get his parts invoice from Stoddard. Small world...  Regards, Wayne

On another note, its so hard to imagine exactly how big those cars are in person. I need to bring my lotus over there and park next to each one for comparison.

The dealer I bought my Elise from had one of those not so long ago.

I lived in Princes Gardens and Cranley Gardens during that time, which are roughly the same distance either side of Reece Mews. |
