Other than the fangs, I think it looks much better than the old one. I like it, but then, I've seen it in person

I'm sure it's going to be a porker. 3600lbs.

Nissan dropped the ball on the styling on the 370Z. The 350Z, was a lot better.

LMAO! My thought exactly! Up until recently I had a 350Z and really like the its design. The 370Z looks ridiculous from the front... It looks... weaker... and cheaper!

Does it look out of proportion? Like the front is too long in relation to the rear?

Regardless of what it looks like, I'm interested to see if the 370Z can hang with the new Cayman S (320HP, 2970lbs).

Supposedly, yes. According to R&T or Motortrend, this month... that was the benchmark for design... to keep up with the Cayman S.

Looking forward to checking one out in person.

That's a heck of a lot better. Nissan should change the Z headlights and copy your design asap.

I totally agree with you on those handles, I've never been able to get over them, from the first time I saw the 350Z (esp. in-person). I just keep thinking of a refrigerator when I look at those things.

I think the actual 370Z does look better in person than the photos would lead you to believe, though - but there are those handles...anyway this car's just not for me.

I played with one at the dealer today. Got to sit in it and look it over. Loaded with Sports Package. $40K sticker.

VERY nice car. Was sitting next to an '08 350Z. Looks sharper, smaller, and definitely improved all around.

Couldn't take the car for a drive as it was sold and being shipped to Brazil.

I just got back test driving one. It was touring with auto and no sports pkg. Exactly opposite of what I want. Anyway, the car looks great. Better than in photo. I wasn't impressed with the drive however. The engine sounds terrible from inside the car. I don't feel much torque down low but it is an automatic. Not much grip but it was like 18 deg out and obviously the tires are stone cold and I can't expect these summer tires to provide much grip in this temp. The car feels heavy. I also don't like the high hood line on new cars. Rear vision wasn't as bad as a lot of people say but then again I drive an Exige S I can't say I'm disppointed since I don't think I gave the car a fair chance today. I'll go back when the weather is warmer and try one with the manual.
