Sad, but it's ok. The people with Enzos can have them rebuild and the factory does rebuild them...as long as you are not on the factory's bad side. It really doesn't matter what is left, as long as a VIN exist it can be replaced, and there are still plenty of spares for Enzo.

I am sure that burned up McLaren F1 will be rebuilt too.

Probably similar fire to a Lotus with the exhaust loose at a track day.

Considering the photos above, I can picture the owner dropping all the lug nuts in an envelope and mailing them to Italy. Inside there could be a letter, "Sorry guys, I burned my Ferrari down, please build me a new one. Start with these...."

I wonder if the Canadian Fire Brigade is nationalized as well. "Sir, based on the value and your need of this car, we must wait another 10 minutes before we can begin the fire fighting procedure."

.
That may have to be determined.. I was doing some googling (as I *think* I might have possibly met the owner, if it's a yellow one), and read some guys on the F-chat forum that the factory has more more Enzo engines for rebuilding purposes, or something like that.

Last time I went to a Canadian hospital they served me faster than they did last time I went to an American hospital.

I'm American.
