What is your "Other Car?" Does it do tricks?

Alrighty, Im asking this question because i wanted to know what other people drive outside of lotus. I know I have seen people talk about the chevy cobalt SS, the S2000, and my favorite the Civic SI, but the question is what have you guys done to modify your "other rides?" I dont mind is this turns into a my car>your car. =)

My "other" car is my 1995 Ford Escort. I bought it brand new in '95. It now has 170,000 miles on it. Its "trick" is that it still runs flawlessly and that the a/c still blows ice cold.

The Integra in my signature. 196,000 miles & still going strong.

And one of the best mods I did was free: swapping front upper arms side-to-side. Gained about 2 degrees of caster (about 3.5 degrees total now) & reduced bumpsteer. Win-win. That trick works on older Civics, too.

As for a trick it does: it's like driving a high-performance lawn dart; no matter how much you get it sideways, you just flick it back straight with steering & throttle.

My "other" car is my wife's Elise, the team's type 61, and something wicked that's this way coming.

See sig... the GTO is the grand tourer, the Elise is the fun car, and the STi is the practical, winter beater car.

Jaguar XJ8 - soft, smooth and disengaged driving all the way. Total opposite of the Lotus.

My Elise has this vanity plate: PWR2WGT (Power to Wieght)

I'm thinking of getting this for the Jag: WGT2PWR

Elise is my daily beater and the H3 comes out in questionable weather... CJ7 undergoing a full body off restoration. Had a WRX Sport Wagon prior to the Elise and it sucked!!! I'd NEVER recomend a Subie to anyone! I do miss the '81 Scirroco S I used to have.

Audi A4 Quattro, 2.8Lv6

trick: have driven it faster than my Elise.
trick #2: have driven it through snow taller than my elise. =)

Used to live in Boston MA area, a car that dealt with snow was a must have. Now in Seattle WA, and have yet to see real snow in the past 4 years. In Boston they measure snow in feet, here snow is a boolean, any snow is a big deal, if it actually stays on the ground overnight it's cause for work to be canceled.

WOT....but this reminds me. In Germany, we used to go to school no matter what. 3 feet of snow on the ground, no problem! Here in VA, they've cancelled school for rain! wussy Americans.....haha.

1995 Toyota Landcruiser -- 187,269 miles -- no mods -- great for towing -- driven only 219 miles in the past 5 months (15 mpg)

1994 Dodge Caravan -- 225,276 miles -- 2nd & 3rd row seats removed -- lots of cargo space and relatively cheap to drive (22 mpg)

It's not so much that you only live once, it's more that you're dead for so very long afterwards.

my 2007 yaris 2dr has cold AC and its cupholders are integrated with the side dash vents so you can chill/warm beverages... I have actually put a hot can of soda in there and chilled it off on my way home(and drank it before I got there )

Here's my other car's latest trick. The displayed value is the average mpg from an 80 mile trip on the interstate while I was experimenting with hypermiling and drafting. It's a great number, but it was also a lot more work than I expected.
