This is why people think Ferrari drivers are A$$hats

From Jalopnik...

This Is Why People Think Ferrari Drivers Are Asshats - Ferrari F40 - Jalopnik

I personally find it ironic that there are handicapped spaces at a golf course.

Not just your run-of-the-mill Ferrari A$$hats... Noo Yawk Ferrari A$$hats.

Everyone in NYC has one of those handicapped placards for the rear view mirror... they could have at least bothered to display theirs...

Jeeze, they could at least park cleanly. Its not as if the guy next to you is going to ding your door.

Hennesey has the same problem

Technically they aren't parked illegally though as you have to have a handicap to buy one or work there.

My best Ferrari driver A-hole story is this.

In two lanes of bumper to bumper traffic on the way into the Euro Festival at the BMW factory in SC. Every time the traffic moves a Ferrari tries to jump ahead and squeeze me out. It took a few jumps before I figured it out. At first I though he wanted to drag race me in the 20 or 30 feet between us and the next cars.

Of course I have Lotus driver A-hole stories to match.

Not ironic at all. What other "sport" can be played competitively from a wheelchair or iron lung?

This is pretty funny. I can honestly say that if I still had my Jeep Wrangler, I would park next them... just barely two inches away, making it impossible to open a door. I used to do that to folks at metro parking when they parked over the line into a space. I would just back in, centered nicely between the lines, but almost touching the driver's side door of the other car. Then I would climb out the back of the Jeep. No way they could get in their car!

Ferraris are beautiful machines. It is a shame that some of the only Americans who can afford them are jerks.

My mother is legitimately handicapped and needs those spaces so that she can park there. When I see *******s park in them like that - they get what's coming to them, that's all I'll say. Times like this are when I wish had a tow truck - I'd grab those cars with the most gnarly old tow bar (hey so what if it requires 9 inches of ground clearance to get under the car) and tow it off to the most nasty impound lot in town... then when they came to pick it up and saw the damage, I'd point them to the sign that says "not responsible for damage".

F THEM.

are any of them actually in a handicap spot? yes one guy is over the line I admit - but I dont see the other spots (or not really spots as at least one is "no parking") as being marked handicapped...

OK, so they don't have the braille description on the "contrast" button then. Got it!

Methinks the ATM thing is more an issue of complying with federal guidelines than a deep rooted desire on behalf of banks to provide customers with a handy tactile experience

I'd guess the ATMs are so they can use the same design for drive-up and walk-up ATMs. Saves money not having to machine/design two different styles.
