2zz-ge might suck air at >1G??

I was just reading the SAE tech paper on the 2zz-ge
http://www.radphys.com/2zz_ge_article.pdf

and found something interesting. Page 5, bottom of the first column states that the engine can withstand 1G without sucking air. Now doesn't the elise on non-LSS tires handle just over 1G?

It sounds like those of you with modified cars might be at risk for a un-nanner-like experience for a sustained 1G+ turn at the track.

any thoughts?

(so who's gonna design a dry sump for the elise?)

This has been discussed extensively. You can probably find the old threads if you search for something like "oil starvation". Baffled oil pans, accusumps, and dry sumps are already available.
