I don't know what the material was. When I said it looked like the door ding stuff, I just meant that it appeared to be similarly sized and shaped. I don't have any idea what the material used was. It's Andy's car from Sticker City, so if anyone is really interested buy a stripe set from him and maybe he'll divulge his mod secrets.

I haven't heard the single-tip Arqray at speed, but Andy's custom exhaust is loud (really loud) and wicked sounding.

Played around with the Challenge grill today. It might be just me, but this thing is a B@t%H to put on. It's bad enough by itself and then you compound it by having to cut the hole for the single tip.

Sorry for OT, but which exaust is this?

I'm not sure, but I believe it is a custom, one-off system.

Stormy, what's the final verdict on your Challenge grill?

I'll be buying a single tip from a forum member and have to decide on which kit to go with. Initially I was 100% for the panel eliminator, but now that I saw Chotto's Challenger grill I am having some second thoughts.

Do you have pics???

thanks!

Challenge Grill is on hold for now - partly due to the grill is more of a, shall we say, challenge to put on. I seem to be having some fit issues. This may be due to the fact my car is an Exige.

Let me know if anyone has any ideas. I tried to put it on and it just didn't seem to line up correctly.

This was definitely an issue for me too. It took a lot of tweaks and versions to get it right. There are so many different contours at work back there.

Yes. Someone else has contacted me as well, so I'm going to see about making a couple this weekend.
