Elise/Exige Exhaust - Sound Guide

There have been a lot of people asking for sound clips of different exhaust systems so I thought I would compile different links to sound clips in one thread. While I do believe that using these sound clips as a basis for comparison is relatively worthless for obvious reasons, it can still give you an idea of what to expect. I'll be updating this thread with photos as well. If anyone has a sound clip of an exhaust listed or not, please feel free to post here and I'll add it to the top. Also, if I have posted any link here that the owner of the link would like removed, please let me know. And of course, if there are any corrections needed, please do tell.

I can't believe it's taken some 3 years for someone to finally do this. Nice work!

I double checked and I believe it is actually a Tubi on a 2001 Elise... Probably not applicable to our cars...

What about adding the Lotus Level 3 (or Stage 3) exhaust? It's evidently a re-branded HKS exhaust and I believe that someone on this board bought one from overseas. I'm definitely interested in the elusive Stage 3 upgrade kit with headers, exhaust, ECU etc. and that is primarily why I've been holding off making a decision on any other exhaust solution.

I have heard the stage 3 is more about a header, intake, and ECU reflash, not an exhaust.... but not sure. I've recently heard it does include an exhaust from someone else!

Gideon: here are some possible more stage 2 videos curtousy of mcoupe:
http://www.elisetalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33504 these are non full throttle, no 2nd cam, i believe

Elise S/111R/Exige S2/Exige S/240R

The Quicksilver Ultralight Titanium Sports exhaust sits at the leading edge of exhaust system technology for the Elise 111R and Exige S2. It delivers a superbly refined sporty exhaust note along and enhanced flow characteristics - all in a beautifully designed lightweight package.

This Ultralight system leaves the tailpipes flush with the rear diffuser as shown below. Cutting of the undertray is NOT required to fit this exhaust system.

and this.

Love the look of the Carbon Can. Comes in Ti too though.

Be very careful of purchasing the Quicksilver Titanium exhaust, particularly if you track your Elise or Exige.

Anyone install or have any feedback on the Trial Header?

I saw one on eBay that looks like a copy of the Trial shorty header for $120, but the Trial one from japan is like $830...I have to run a shorty header on my Elise because of the configuration of my custom exhaust.
