Exhaust problems

I strated having problems with my exhaust soon after the 1k service. Not sure if there is any connection. In general, the exhaust became a lot more loud and started to make weird sounds. For example, when I let off gas I hear a very loud noise coming from the exhaust, along with popping sound. Sounds something like "VOOM pop pop pop VOOOM pop pop". When I touch the gas pedal even slightly, the sound dissapears. I would think that its at least 3 times more loud than normal, it definitly wasnt doing that before. What the heck happened? I have forcedfed turbo/exhaust for the record. Should I take the car to service? Or another solution I have is to put argray twin tip exhaust which I recently got in the mail. I also think that my car started to stall more. Any help would be appreciated.

Take it in.

When my stage II seemed to get louder I took it to the dealer. They located a crack and replaced it.

Thats what I thought it was at first, however, why did it suddently start doing that after 1700 miles? All of a sudden, I start it up one day and it gets at least 3 times more loud! If it was doing that since the beginning, I wouldnt have any problem. If I didnt know any better I would say that the dealer took of my cat when my car was at their service or something. Maybe char is right and I do have a crack, how dangerous is it? If I do have a crack, will replacing it with argray exhaust fix the problem?

One of the service guys in New England said that up to 90% of Stage 2 exhausts fail. I would take it in.

Well if its after the 1k service you only started pushing the car AFTER right But seriously I dont know why it wouldve started doing it all of a sudden, but how you describe it, I doubt it's anything of concern...but, just to make sure, you should get that new exhaust

Did Lotus reflash your ECU at the 1k service? Could that have thrown ForcedFed's maps off?

Just dropped my car off at Prestige, I was told by forcedfed that they need to tighten some bolts that may be coming loose at the exhaust manifold. I was told this sometimes happens with turbo cars and is an easy fix.

Almost certainly an exhaust leak at a join. My Arqray made all sorts of popping noises until I got it to seal well. Now it only talks back on overrun.
