Which exhaust sounds the least like a ricer civic ?

I'm looking for an exhaust that does not have too much of a ricer sound to it.
The higher pitched the exhaust is the better.
Is there an exhaust that makes the elise sound more exotic ?

No lotus exhaust sounds like a "ricer civic".

I think what you mean by "not ricer" is that you want something smooth and high-pitched. Problem is, the Lotus has a Japanese made 4-banger, so it'll be tough to get away from sounding like a civic, or any compact japanese car for that matter...

I settled for the Larini SE, which is smooth and low-pitched. I like it, and the wife likes it for about 30 minutes at a time.
