Induction for 1zz - any ideas?

Hi I'm new to this forum, come from the UK. The way I understand is ITG and Hurricane is only suitable for the 2ZZ. I see K&N do a similar product for the S (Apollo 57A-6038) but can't get any info over here on any one who has fitted it to an S. Any ideas gratefully received. Thanks.

...hmm - maybe a few of the MR2 folks have experience modifying 1ZZs?..

Nice bet that goes like stink. I heard the 1zz is a good base for supercharging.

I'm also on Seloc over here and general impression is won't see any power gains fitting induction but nice for noise. Think on 111R makes a difference on power but not the S.

Will be fitting 2bular this week so should make things a bit more interesting will see after that.

That's some serious bit of grin inducing kit bit out of my range though unfortunately . I drove a SC elise MK1 (turbo technics) a few years back and that was the nuts.

Will check out KOMO TEC cheers.
