Will there be any tests on a Lotus? Will there be a Charliex tune as well? This is perfect timing as my bonus arrives soon....

Yes, we need to find a Lotus locally with an owner willing to let us try it on their car, or barring that, rent one for a couple of days so we can do the testing. We will be putting one on Petes car, but the gains we expect to show on that will be far above typical.

I can't say no to this....
Subscribed. Obviously you guys have something great coming together. When there is a package/combination of ECU/intake/TB/manifold/injectors that shows good signs of reliability, I'm definetely in. (If some of those parts are stock-great, if not-that's cool too.) Looking forward to it!!

This will not produce the torque of FI, and torque is, besides being what you feel most, important, especially for street cars. There is no substitute, on our cars, for FI's tq. On the other hand, this will be: less expensive, probably more reliable with no moving parts, a much quicker install and less likely to reduce mpg a lot. So, it depends on where you want the power and how you intend to use your car. =gb=

We have to take another trip to the dyno with a built motor with headwork before we finalize the Lotus Manifold. The Celica one doesn't quite fit at the street version runner length, but it will fit with a slightly shorter runner length.

Not yet - The built motor we are using to test the shorter runner lengths should be bolted in the test mule and fired up tonight. If we can get it broken in we will test this weekend. If not then next weekend.
