Torque spec for spring-loaded cat bolts?

Anyone know the tightening torque spec for the 2 spring-loaded bolts at the flange where the cat pipe joins the downpipe? I just had my cat replaced with the updated part, and I think I have a leak at that joint (work done by dealer, errgh). I'd drive it back to the dealer, but the engine won't idle due to the leak . I'm going to pull the exhaust (muffler), and make sure the downpipe-cat joint is perfectly tight and straight.
