08 Exige s240 warranty

i've heard different commetns about what will nullify the warranty. I would like to upgrade my car, new IC, radiator, battery, smaller pulley and use the launch control. What will and what wont affect my warranty, what else did i leave off is a warranty breaker?

Technically it's quite easy to void the warranty.

things like replacing the radiator and battery "should" be fine as they are relatively minor.

However running a smaller pulley so running higher boost will void any engine and drivetrain warranty not just lotus.

Launch control is a tricky one - by the book you will void the warranty (says so in the manual). But I would hope that it's taken in context. Once or twice shouldn't be a problem but continuous use will cause warranty problems.

I know this is a bit vague but it really depends on what actually goes wrong, what's changed and how good a mood the lotus warranty guy is in at the time. I doubt you'll get a definitive answer here though.
