2010 Styling?

So the more I look at the 2010 Exige the more happy I am with my 2008. What drew me to the '08 was besides the incredible engineering behind this car, it was it's appearance.

No other car IMHO looked as cool, fast, unique and exciting.

I bring this up because today I was out driving and noticed three vehicles that all had a resemblance to the 2010 Lotus Exige.

The first one was the 2009 Honda civic SI. It's front end cowl/oil cooler dam has a striking resemblance.

Second was a chev Cobalt and it's over sized and awkward looking rear spoiler/ wing.

The third was a Porsche SUV with yet again the front Lotus oil cooler dams are the same.

The more I look at the two the more I love my '08.

Now I can see why CNN has listed the '08 Exige as a future collector car.

It's raw power, genius engineering and very unique style are sure fire winners.

I have a 2006 exige. I drove a 2009 SC Elise, and I did not like it at all. The SC Elise seemed to have less power than my NA Exige. Also the door sills were made of a different material that made it hard to slide into the seat. The new material creates a lot of drag on your jeans, where the 2006 door sills were shiny smooth. Also the celica wing on the new models looks like crap.

Hey...I did'nt know that about the '06 but your right, it would make it easier to get in and out. Hmm.

I dont recall a wing like the '06 to '09 on any other make or models out there,... other than a plane.

How could that be possible? It's the same engine, but with a supercharger generating more power!
