On second though - that is a really expensive option.
Any links on the skirts (or are you refering to the cantrell) - not sure if I like that ook - but interested in seeing it.
what do you mean "by putting the skirt inside?"

The skirts are from Denag racing.

I'm really surprised Sector111 is not offering something like this yet. Every time it comes up people have positive feedback.

Get a woman in the car.
Which would provide additional downforce.

Nevermind - On second thought it probably costs more doing that, than putting the skirt on the outside.

LOL I figured it had to do with something like that.

Yes, buying the CF skirt is a one time payment. Whereas the skirt costs less but comes with many, many payments.

It's been a touchy subject, included in the drama has been some crafty marketeering disguised as legal threats.

Best to just call me with your questions regarding this piece as I will no longer post here regarding this roof.

you bought one?

I was quoted about $275 for all the rubber seals & gaskets for the hardtop from local dealer, by the way. From the looks of it, they're all self adhesive.

Yes, I'm quite pleased with it. I didn't buy the rubber seals, because I don't drive in the rain. The Lotus OEM front and rear top seals are self-adhesive "D" profile seals, simply cut-to-fit. I'm sure they can be found elsewhere, but I haven't searched. The side seals are the ones that seal against the top of the door glass. Without the seals, I have about a 1/4" gap between my door glass and the new top. I actually got caught in the rain on Friday for about 15 minutes, and didn't have any water come into the cabin.

There is some added wind noise without the seals.

Thomas
