Exige Cup 260 seat pics?
Anyone have any good pics of the exige 260 seats? Can't find any close-ups.
Just asked in another thread as well, but anyone checked price/availability on these recently? These: NEW HANS Compliant Carbon Seat1 Part No. - Special Order Part A128B0270J Applications - Elise/Exige/2-Eleven HANS compliant carbon fibre lightweight race seat, as seen in the Exige 260. These seats are FIA compliant when fitted with FIA fixed seat brackets (ALS3V0109J). Thanks!

![]() ![]() ![]() They run over $3000 to $4000 each. There still is an availability issue but at least you can order them and wait several months now whereas before you were out of luck. Drivers side - A128V0002J Passenger side - A128V0004J

Sorry to hijack, but I like the suede center console. Is that stock?
Also, the seats are hot. Obvi.

I have had 3 Exiges and can say that, although not easy cars to get in and out of, these seats actually make it a little more difficult. I'm not a tall guy so this isn't a big deal for me, but I can see it being a bigger issue for some taller people.
Also the padding on the head rest area is removable - it just velcros in and out. And yes, as staninc pointed out, the alcantara console is part of the Sport 260 package. The binnacle and door panels are alcantara also. The dash, sills (up to the vents) are carbon fiber. The roof is CF and completely exposed underneath. There have been some running changes to the US Spec Sport 260's - some of the interior changes have included full carpeting (like the touring package) that goes up the sills and rear view mirrors were added also (I have no idea why since there is no back window at all). Mine is one of the first 3 for sale that came back in March. It doesn't have the touring sound deadening, carpeting or rear view mirror that the later ones got. One of the other 2 cars that came over with mine (which includes Sienfelds car) had a EU radio - I didn't realize there was a difference but that was swapped out by the dealership - I haven't heard of any other changes than that. [edit] --- forgot that later US Spec 260's got floor mats w Exige embroidered - like 08/09 240's w touring - but this has been inconsistent hit and miss. Mine are plain black. ![]()
