First thing I thought of too.

Just not worth the risk, no matter how good they look!

Thanks, shay2nak. The wheels are Kodiak 16x8 & 17x9.

wow an inch wider than most! What width tires do you use? No problems with rubbing? Do the wheels & tires stick out from the fender?

I am using the standard 205/45 & 245/40 Hoosiers, but now they are on optimum rim-widths. Of course, the rears have to be very precise offset-wise. Current offset is 24mm (by accident) and the fenders rub a little at my 110 mm ride height. They are being revised this coming week, to 30-32, then everything should be hunky-dory.

Yes, I agree the offset has to be "dead on balls accurate."

You wouldn't happen to have a picture of your car front or rear 3/4 angle that shows the width of the tires/wheels in relation to the fenders, would you?

I finally got my car back after getting the racing stripes installed. I still need to replace the "Exige S" sticker on the back and the LOTUS letters, but I'm very happy with the results of the StickerCity.com kit.

Speedgeek I would love to see some pictures of the car's rear - do the stripes go on the wing (it doesn't look like it from this view) and how does it finish out at the rear grill?

Reminds me of the Bullrun Exige S.

This is the only pic I have of the rear of the car right now. You're correct, the stripes don't go over the rear wing. The company that installed them for me rolled the stripes under the rear panels, above the grill.

Here are 2 more. By the way the two shots that have the Lotus symbol in the corner were taken at Southbay Lotus.

Hey Larry, you got a high res version of the one with all the cars lined up with the Lotus emblem in the corner taken at South bay? Very nice.
