Exige S Deposit roll-call.

Ok, I'll start.

Who else has put a deposit on an Exige S?

Deposit is a strong term. I've expressed interest in buying one and my dealer has expressed interest in selling me one - I guess we've got more of a handshake on a deal relationship. I tried to give them money - they'll call when they need it.

Ended up passing. Too little in trade in value for the Elise with only 1200 miles on it. An awful lot of money differential for a fair amount more car.
Are those of you who are buying trading in your Elise's or selling them, and if so, what are you getting for your 2006 Elises?

May trade my SY EXIGE for the S. It is definitely a possibility. If I fall in love again, I must act.

'06 SY EXIGE
North Carolina

P.S. If I am interested in buying the S, is there anyone interested in a '06 SY EXIGE w/ touring pkg., starshield, 2400 plus miles and never auto crossed, or tracked. Car has no track pack or LSD, or traction control

I have seen now broadcast announcement. But, you can order one. There will be some in dealerships in October. I think Lotus wants the '06's off the lot before announcing the 07's

I need to wait for the "S" to achieve the same dismal resale value as my Elise. (weak grammar I know) Then I can buy a used "S" for cheap.
