I don't think so. Arctic Silver is a metallic silver whereas Moonstone changes color in the reflection. It's a funky thing to look at.

re-read my question. I wasn't asking about the hatch. I am asking about the part of the clam that goes over the roll hoop that is BETWEEN the hatch and the roof.

But now (according to RDduse) we are informed that the rear clam is "infused carbon fiber" and not a decal - whatever that means. I am guessing it is like a piece of laminate that is attached on top the clam in that area? I don't know.

It can look white, charcoal, blue, purple, green, orange, etc. and of course silver.
At LOG people where asking if it was moonstone silver but the sticker says arctic silver.

could be that the carbon fibre is laid down with the fibreglass at build time ?

or glued in.

Those seats look amazing. It would look even better if it didnt have the Hans embroidery and if it didn't say 260. This way I would buy a pair of those seats and have it in my car.

The trimmed panel cover may seem like a good idea to have at first because its different from how its always been, but then I thought about it and most Exotic cars like the Ferrari and Lambo cars have the rear windows where you can view the engine bay from the cockpit.

Lotus is trying to save weight and cut cost. Definitely better for the track junkies, but sacrifice more on some features what makes it exotic.

If it makes it go faster, then I think it is a better option than what the other 'exotics' do. This car is for going fast. You can buy a slower version if you just want to look cool.

Nice! Matte CF for the interior bits?

Surely they can't sell that car here with the rear window boarded up, can they?
Oh. And why the mesh grill in the roof scoop?

From the description of the interior in the Exige document describing the car, I don't think those seats are part of the package. I hope I'm wrong about it.

The new seats are very comfy...whether they make it as standard on the 260 or not, they will be available as an "after-sale" option. I've been told that they are soon to be FIA-certified. The seats will work with the standard seat rail/slider or can be installed in a fixed position, if required by the appropriate sanctioning body.

.....good one Charlie!

Murix, I honestly don't believe replacing the window and adding the trimmed panel will make the car go faster. A header upgrade would but do you see Lotus change that? Most of the carbon pieces are already obtainable too. That's not going make the car go faster either.
