That was a fast reply, yeah did it myself, pretty simple really... Just cleaned the parts well, applied mustard colour primer, then "Fiat Broom Yellow" spray paint, then used touch up brushes to do the lettering and the badge then finished it off with a clear lacquer! (Thank you Brendan)

Ricer.

Looks great, you did a good job with it. It would look cool if you did your calipers in the same color.

Yeah iv been thinking about this but to be honest, i have no idea how to get them off and dont really want to be playing around with the brakes when i have no idea about them.

You don't have to take off your calipers. Just take off the wheel, clean the caliper, paint it and you're done. You could take them off and have them professionally done - but I wouldn't bother doing that. I plan on painting mine when I have to replace my brake pads since I'll be in there anyway..

BOB1984, nice! I have a Phantom Black Exige and have considered the same color scheme for the engine covers. Know I know what it would look like, and I like it!

Nice work. I really want to do this (and the brakes) but I'm sure I'll get paint everywhere. I'm impressed how well everyone does the letters and Lotus sign freehand.

Wow, that looks very nice! Seeing those pictures makes me want to do the same. Did you use a special kind of spray paint?

No it was just regular spray paint. The actual colour was "Fiat Broom Yellow"
