Need URGENT HELP please guys !!!!!

I have a 2008 Exige S 240.... have just recieved my 2bular manifold,decat and 8" GT3 single tip system....

Would like to DIY this exhaust over the weekend... I have a helping hand from my buddy who runs a exhaust shop....

I have also searched but came up with nothing.....

Can someone PLEASE give me a quick rundown on the best way of tackling a manifold change.... i understand reg the decat and manifold just need info on the manifold change.....

Your quick response is extremly appreciated.....

Hopefully 3-4hp with the full system would be good have to wait and see...
next is proalloy water/air and gotham tune so then should see some good gains ;-)
