If it's not so complicated, I would like to do DIY.
The pulley is definitely a two-man job, but other than that not terribly difficult. Intercooler is a breeze.

My dyno guy is still working on the electronic files. I asked him to snap a photo of the screen so that I could post it, here it is.

These are DynaPack chassis dyno numbers, as a rule of thumb add 10% to get Dynojet figures. (Let's not start a debate here, there are PLENTY of threads about the subject on the Internet.) This is actual rear-wheel horsepower. If you are to follow the 10% rule of thumb to get from DynaJet to Dynojet HP, it would be 222 HP at the rear wheels. I'd still like to test with the Gotham, but have not to date.

The low curve (torque and HP) are the 2007 Exige S w/ stock intercooler and stock pulley.

The high curve (torque and HP) are the same car w/ rls Intercooler and rls 3.1" pulley.

(Keep in mind that vertical axis of the graph does not start at zero, so the gains look MUCH larger than they would with a proper graph...)

When the actual data is available, I'll be back to post. 'Til then, let the naysayers go at it...

I have driven over 3,000 miles with the stock ECU, and the car is running fantastic and my wideband shows that A/F is spot on. Maybe my car is the exception, or maybe this combo works.

[Edit: fixed typo.]

P.S. Due to demand, rls Intercooler lead time is now 4 weeks for plain aluminum, 6 weeks for anodized clear or anodized black. Remember, these are hand assembled and tig welded by hand one at a time. Accept no substitute.

you are compairing a stock car to a car with increased boost and the IC. OF COURSE there will be a nice gain! at the very LEAST you should have stock for stock comparisons with just the IC change. These components should be tested individually and you still should have temp probe readings if you want to truely show how well the IC does it job.

Every stage of the transformation has been documented. Change with intercooler only netted 11.5 HP, adding the pulley another 14.5 if memory serves. Full documentation will be posted when I get it.

It's some sort of proprietary computer system... I assume it is an anti-piracy scheme or something... the only I/O seems to be the 3.5" floppy which isn't working. He is working with the manufacturer over the phone to sort it out.

I'd have him take more pictures, but I'm hoping the actual data will be released soon enough. Til then I wait... I wait... for the waaaave to break...

The torque curve looks a bit shocking, I would have thought it would be a lot flatter once it had peaked, the drop off is very dramatic after 6000rpm any explaination? Is the ECU pulling the timing due to the knock sensor? have you looked at your long term and short term fuel trims? If yes what are they?

There are two scales (left side and right side).

Left side is for torque..

Yah, that scale is a bit confusing... it is exaggerated on the screen so that you can pick out slight changes during the dyno pulls... one of these days we will have the actual data.

And this is my attempt at being passive-aggressive with the naysayer crew.

maybe the dyno shop can take a picture of the IC only?

Looks awesome, Thomas.
