Thomas,
Hope your enjoying your trip in HongKong and see many beautiful lotuses as well. Anyways, i need a quick update with the shipping on the CF mohawk. Contacted Mike already, but heard nothing and your PM is closed, so sorry for using this thread.

When I was last in HK in 1998, I almost got run over by two racing Skylines. What an honor!

Have fun!

Hello - lots of amazing cars over here... there is fun everywhere I go with scenery, culture, food, just amazing.

Can you please call Mike once more to make sure that everything goes smooth in my absence? I'll be back in a few days and will turn my PM mailbox back on.

Thanks

1. can this ic work with a Sector 111 supercharger on an 06?

2. do I even need an intercooler w/ the Katana?

3. If yes and yes to the above, will Charlies tune still work ok , or what would I do for a tune?

the SC on the katana bolts directly to your intake manifold. No where to put the IC. You would need to heavily modify thing or just use Exige S parts(thats what I'm doing)

PS, My RLS IC got here today, it looks very nice. Very well package as well.

if you already heave a katana on an 06 exige then you are going to need almost all the S parts besides the blower itself I think, I really dont know how the katana parts would fit with the S parts. I think it would be pointless to buy the katana first, you'd be better off just buying all the parts and the blower by itself and essentially build and exige S. I went with a low compression race motor, exige s parts, RLS tubes and IC, smaay return fuel system, high flow fuel rail and 550cc injectors.....

I literally just finished taking inventory making sure I have everything.....

Photo of the rls Intercooler Mk II, w/ rls CF duct. Note the improved tapered endtank design for improved airflow. CF duct sold separately. Shown installed on an Exige S240 with rls Injection (water/methanol).

Finally, I have data from the dyno! To the naysayers: aw, nevermind.

This data is from a Dynapack chassis dynomometer... rear wheel horsepower... some say add 10% to get to DynaJet #'s, not for discussion here.

2007 Exige S w/ stock intercooler versus rls Intercooler:
