Exclamation Shifting Issues

I'm having some issues with the shifting on my 240S. When I downshift from 3rd to 2nd it grinds a bit.
I track the car often probably about 3-4 times a month. I have less than 3K on the car.
I recently installed Shifter re-enforcer & engine mounts hoping it would help with the shifting problem......NOPE...NO LOVE

Seems too obvious, but you sure you are good on transmission fluid.

Grinding on down shifting sounds like a synchro issue.

I'm going to have to check it out in the morning. I'm pretty hard on the car at the track and I always use the clutch

Lotus Elise Maintenance, Drain and Refill Gearbox Oil

Tried MT-90 yet? It worked for a lot of us.

Changed Transmission Oil... Used MT-90

BTW, the tranny can also be filled from the top, using a hose attached to a funnel. No necessity for a pump unless you just prefer that way.
