Used 07 Exige S all with around 2500 miles - LotusTalk

Why are all the used Exige's out there for sale, have around 2500 ish miles on them?
Im new to all this and Im looking for this car. Just wondering if there is reason for people putting 2k miles on them and then selling?

Could be one of many reasons. A lot of people dont drive the car as an everyday car and as a result you can find 05's with around 3000 miles on them. Some people are getting rid of them in order to cut their needless assets. The lotus is just a luxury to have for most. But since the economy is in such excellent shape people are now leaning more toward practical cars. So to make short story even shorter... there is nothing wrong with the cars.

Another potential reason, and this happened with the Elises too, is that people bought the car without realizing how much of a "sacrifice" is involved compared to typical cars. They got excited about the look and performance of the car, ran out and bought it, and then realized they wanted more luxury, easier ingress/egress, cupholders, whatever. Now they've tired of the cars "shortcomings" and want to sell it for something else.
