Looks pretty descent. Now we have 3 different methods of checking such stats. Before this though, I'd go for a VBox Mini that comes with GPS. This is the foremost and most trusted readings. This is good for readings that are independent from the car's monitoring so that you get a true independent test.
This device is the opposite, for those that want a true and complete reading from the car itself. The GTech Pro accomplishes this a bit better IMO since it does not depend on the ECU's monitoring compilation, but rather it's own monitoring of the RPM's through the electrical system with a fraction of a variance if there is any. This Bell and Covell unit though is quite good it seems though, as it gives all the readouts from the ODBII in a concise format so that you can play with the data and troubleshoot your car as well. The price seems a bit steep though.
