Will the Elise's supercharger be used in the Exige? - LotusTalk

It seems that Lotus' supercharger in the Elise is much better due to weight savings and smaller size (due to no longer needing the intercooler), so I wonder if it or some variant could be used in the Exige so that it can finally have a rear view?

Apples and oranges...

The 06 Exige does not have an intercooler (or supercharger for that matter) and you still can not see out of the back much at all. Straight answer? No.

I know Lotus wanted to differentiate the Exige from the Elise, but not having a rear view is impractical. Oh well.

I have an Elise and rarely look out the rear window, Actually since I installed the multivex mirrors I removed my rear view mirror! Better for track videos
