I don't have an oil temp gauge, coolant temps seem the same as before. The only difference seems to be no waiting for the cam change.. It just hauls ass all the time..

I don't have a choice as Casey is on the opposite side of the continent. I also like the challenge.
Can't wait to see your project finished.

Do I see water/meth nozzles on the intake manifold?

Yes, it will be tuned without the water injection and only then turned on.

It will be setup to come on only when there is methanol in the tank. If there is no methanol in the tank it closes a relay that you can use to switch map banks.
Basically when I run out of methanol it switches automatically to a safer tune.

So just wanted to write a quick follow up on this project.
The car has been running great... still have a lil road tuning to do when I get back up to FF. Forcedfed did fabulous work....THANKS CASEY!
If anyone wants an A/W intercooled supercharger in your Elise then this is a very nice setup.

Waiting for feedback from Kris@DRS on what pulley size to go with to net 10 psi.

It seems that you are using coolant from the engine compartment for the intercooler. Have you done anything to improving the cooling (e.g., as did Komo-Tec)?
Have you put on a lot of miles at warm track days?

The oil heat exchangers were re-used as dedicated heat exchangers for the A/W intercooler.

Ran it @ buttonwillow on 100 degree day. We were seeing around 115+- post intercooler.

May put in a larger radiator someday but I have not noted any major temp increases. Its on my todo list if I get the engine race built someday. The nice thing about the mocal is there is no plumbing as compared to the stock setup. Oil delivery is almost instant since the mile of oil hosing now used for my intercooler.

Thanks. Seems like great intercooler performance! Have you been monitoring oil temps? Seems like it may be dangerous giving up oil cooling -- what do you think?
Thanks,
Joe
