Flickering battery light with BWR instal

I've posted this topic in the electrical forum but I wanted to solicit opinion from the FI crowd too.

Please respond to my post here:
Flickering / Winking / Blinking Battery Light

I've had my BWR supercharger kit installed for around 1000 miles with no issues and Friday at the track the battery light started to flicker.

I completed the entire day and a 60 mile drive home with no "issues".

I put the battery onto the tender when I got home and is charged up in a few hours with out any issue.

I'm not sure the BWR kit has anything to do with the issue but I figured I'd ask this group if they had any similar experience.

Check your pigtail connector going into your alternator. The wires going into the back of the plastic connector may have fried or broken. Don't ask me how I know.

More than likely it's the spliced in connections of the alternator extension harness. I would look there first.

Its probably telling you that its using the battery and that the alternator doesnt have a constant connection.

Have had similar issues with slipping belts on previous cars.

Which connection(s) is it likely to be? Is it the main power wire or the small gauge "accessory" wires coming from the pigtail?
