Now is NOT the time to buy real estate so go buy a GT3. BTW, I may sell my '04 GT3 soon. I have the FF275 installed recently and just clocked a 0-60 in 4.0 even last night with my Racelogic PBox with no power shifting and on fairly slippery surface in a industrial area (and pick up a screw in the process). Can't wait to take it to a drag strip and see what this thing can do with a proper burn-out and stickier surface.
