Forcedfed Exhaust Headers Weld Quality?

I caught a glance at my headers from the FF275 kit that i am having installed and noticed this weld... Can anyone tell me whether this looks like this weld can hold up, or if I could possibly have a boost leak? Or maybe Forcedfed can chime... Thanks

Yeah, I know. It didn't seem right to me either, when i reach in the header i can feel a gap. It didn't exactly feel smooth.

I didn't have any welds that looked incomplete like this, send it in and get another one, you'll love it once you get it installed. It must have slipped through QA, not sure I have seen similar complaints.

Save the thing

You should call FF and just ask if you could just have a local welder tig it for you and save you the postage and the wait they just screwed up it realy an easy fix it will take more time to set up the welder than to weld it.

Nice to see a tuner that knows how to take a negative experience and promptly turn it into a positive one
The weld puddles look so flat and consistant! Kind of like the welds on my FFed Race header
