How much WHP should I get from a VF II?
I already have a BWR s/c, but I have never put it on a dyno. Supposedly it is around 225, but I don't know. I have a K & N filter and it is desnorkled, but that is about the extent of my 'engine modifications'. I am hoping for arond 290 - 300, but that may be unrealistic. If the whp is only 270- 275, what can I do to get it up to what I hope for (and not spend a lot more money).

I think you calculations are right on. VFII will take you to about 270whp. Squeezing out 30hp would be tough. Here are some ideas that would increase HP or decrease weight:
headers (would require new EFI tune) decat exhaust braille (save 10lbs = +1hp) lighter wheels There is a thread around that has the best bang for your buck mods for improving horse power...

As with all dyno's some read high, some read low. I never got the numbers VF did, yet everyone says since it was a dynapak that mine read high. I'd guess with VF2 you would get somewhere around 270rwhp. |

...not legal for road use, of course, if that matters to you...
