I searched, but cant find instructions on charcoal canister delete..

I'm totally stuck here....I can't figure out how to remount the charcoal canister after s/c install or delete it. I can't find any good instructions on either one. The sector 111 directions are vary vague and I can't get it to work.

remove the 3 rivets on the original bracket to remove
bolt the charcoal bracket supplied at right fender well
mount the charcoal canister on the mount
plug in vent, purge lines and other hoses as before

to remove:

take out the charcoal cansiter and brackets
tie the remaining hoses
plug the connector or use a resistor
plug the evap tube on the intake

Removal of the charcoal canister is pointless. It does not rob the car of anything and helps it to run more efficiently. If you are driving a full blown race car (track car doesn't count) then you may benefit from the weight savings, and will not benefit from the canisters function. Otherwise, just leave it in place. As for the relocation, you need to mount the new bracket to the motor mount as shown. Once it is mounted, slide the canister in with the top pointed forwards. You will need to play with the angle of it in order for it to not interfere with anything. I hope this helps.

Cheers,

Brian
