I assume that since your brakes are torn apart, you never got to re dyno your car again. BTW, did you ever get the mesh on your rear decklid?

Yeah that’s always the hard part. What did you use for assembly lube/ grease especially in the rear calipers? I think those defiantly need some with the needle bearings.

Also I never saw pics of yours, what color did you go with?

Yeah never made it back to the dyno. I've gone thru 3 turbos now it's getting old. The newest turbo should arrive Tuesday, ballbearing T3T4 (I just don't want to plumb coolant, LAZY) I saw it was taking some time and decided to do the brakes since the car was collecting dust. As far as the decklid I still need to get the sheet. Maybe I'm just cheap but the prices I got seemed expensive like $75. I guess I was hoping for like $50, I've got an old supplier from work looking into it. He used to work for a fascia manufacturer and with any luck he'll probably just give me something.

Used a good quality greese specific to brake calipers. Powdercoated mine red also and painted the LOTUS logo with silver paint, looks fairly good.

Plumbing for the turbo isn't bad. I removed the engine drain petcock and threaded an A/N fitting there. I think the drain thread is 3/8npt if I recollect. Plenty of places to plumb return coolant.
