I just ran new lines down the sides of mine. I replaced the 5/8" oil line with 3/4" hose for the water for my air to water.....its not fun running the lines but its doable.

Hopefully this isn't ancient history, I'm keeping an eye on this thread. Alternatively is also Sector 111's setup here

But on a side note, I "thought" it is not necessarily better to have air charge temps too cool as fuels atomizes better at a specific temp (read higher but not too high)? Different fuels will have a different optimal air charge temp, no? (non-direct injection) question, not a statement.

Rob.

Rob.

i'd go with this for $1,200 rather than the cost of that Sector 111 which is rediculously priced.

Dustin,

Hehe, that's what I'm using, only in black (or is it?) Where did you get the Euro style shocks for keeping the hood up? I noticed I have pre-drilled holes for this style shock -- but can seem to fine a source?

I think that's the RLS - my RLS - Dustin's looks little different but about the same size.

Rob

damn sure looks a lot like my custom set up, except we put my cooler mounted behind the passenger side vent with a fan behind it sucking air through the vent (with the bigger c/f vents of course). we thought this was an easier and just as efficient idea rather than taking the whole clam off which most dont like to do. heres a pic....

...is it possible to run a liquid-to-air intercooler off of the spare cooling capacity of the new lotussport triple-pass radiator, and just keep the extant dual oil coolers in place?..or, i suppose conversely, use the OEM dual oil coolers to chill a liquid-to-air intercooler and cool the oil off of the triple-pass radiator as intended...

Rob - I'll be using the same 4 units from PWR that AJ has very soon. Replacing the two front oil coolers, adding a center heat exchanger, replacing stock radiator with larger unit. I'll be at a Jack day soon too so will send you my EFI data once I dump it down to a laptop that day...

ya, i went with the 4" x 10" PWR barrel, it says good for 300hp which is good for me now, and i like the other little advantages of the smaller one such as weight, price, i was able to cut off about 6 inches of the piping from the hot side. i might in the future try a bigger one if i have more power, but right now i think this ones fine. O and thanks to Thomasio (RLS) for for making my pipes on both sides!! they look better (even until i get them coated) and weigh about 3 lbs less!

Hello all,

We've been busy with a lot of lotus/Nissan GTR/Ford GT development, however we've got the first batch of production Intercooler kits done.

Just a thought, has anyone run two smaller side inlet radiators, two pumps, and leave the roof scoop for air to pass over/thru the engine bay? Avoid running hose all the way up front and trying to find an efficient unused area for the single rad.

How much additional weight does this kit add?

And price?

Thanks, Rob.
