With lower IAT it would mean denser air and I'm guessing will lean out the A/F.

Hello all again,

Ive plotted some of our data from our testing between the stock intercooler and our Liquid to Air Kit.

The top three, very consistant lines, Colors Dark Red, Blue, and Orange are back to back (meaning wide open throttle pull. then slowed back down and did it again, immediate) dyno pulls with our liquid to air intercooler setup.

The not so consistant lines, colors light red, green, and light blue are from the stock Air to Air intercooler doing back to back dyno pulls.

The liquid to air setup stays extremely consistant, and you are not susceptible to the heat soak issue as you are with the air to air setups.

Price is $1695 Shipped anywhere in the main united states.

If I have orders 5 or greater, I could knock off $100 dollars. I have two spoken for already.

Everything needed is included for installation, down to the wiring harness, new aluminum intercooler pipes, high quality silicone couplers with upgraded t-bolt clamps.

Regards,
Mase

very good price. I would like to see some temp data before I commit. I'm pretty serious in my desire to purchase.

we will be running one of the cars with the intercooler setup this weekend at sebring, I just got a new datalogger cable so I can record and plot actual data. the last device i used was just a live reader.

I'll post up some track results in 100 degree track conditions possibly sunday or monday

Regards,
Mase

Does this need ECU tunning?
And hoe much HP increase against the S240?

The reasoning behind using an air to water set up in a lotus Exige is not to gain HP but rather to combat heat soak. Heat soak causes the ecu to pull timing to prevent detonation which in turn robs you of power.

My apologies, I just got back from europe. I will gather the data from the previous sessions I took and post a graph of the IATs.

Regards,
Mase
